Ausprime are a producer of prime quality pork. I manage accounts for wholesalers, butchers, supermarkets and distributors in Qld and Northern NSW. We also export pork into Asian Countries. Ausprime have their own farms and look after everything from the paddock to the plate. It is a family owned business established in 1940 and has been owned and operated by them for 3 generations.

I was a Business Development Manager at SunPork Fresh Foods. I was the National Account Manager for Metcash, Spar and the FoodWorks Groups. SunPork purchased IMT in March 2015. I looked after the Retail Sales into Qld Govt Stores DATSIP, Metcash, IGA, Spar, FoodWorks, Friendly Grocer and Night Owl Stores. I also looked after Bidvest, the Compass Group and the Australian Defence Force. I also managed some export accounts in PNG and the Solomon Islands. We produced the retail ready meat for stores that do not have a meat department. SunPork Fresh also supply retail ready meats into Woolworths, Spirit Hotels, Hogs Breath and Metcash. I was also a major contributor in the development and marketing of new products for ranging into stores.
