- Grew the ChromeOS Platform T/PgM Organization, growing a small release execution focused team to a comprehensive and scalable program management organization of 35+ T/PgMs supporting an engineering organization of 400+- Leveraged advanced domain knowledge to set the vision for processes and their execution to scale ChromeOS, including all releases, engineering program management, and reference design development- Led release management & quality for ChromeOS, continuously integrating the work of hundreds of engineers and productionizing it every 6 weeks to 250+ systems in the field spanning 20+ SoCs- Advocated for ChromeOS with cross-functional partners across Google, enabling productive relationships with Android and Chrome, resulting in reduced testing overhead, consistent release alignment, and technical integration- Directly drove cross-functional efforts to improve engineering productivity, raise product quality, and increase focus on AI

-Engaged OEM and ODM partners to drive new Chrome OS based designs to production, including multiple successful products. This involves exploring feasibility of new Chrome OS designs with partners, and expanding upon design proposals. As the project progresses this also includes resolving issues during device bring-up and adding functionality as in OS builds and the factory by providing stable releases to the partners.-Assisted other team members with issues regarding Chrome OS integration and supported internal testing of the prototype devices while managing feedback.-Worked closely with semiconductor vendors to enable support for the Chrome OS ecosystem by providing training and answering questions regarding supporting Chrome OS on given chip sets. This also involved developing documentation and tools to lower the barrier of entry for new devices.

-Primary customer contact for mass market customers, owning customer issues and driving them to resolution through hardware debugging, board bring-up, software support, troubleshooting, and fixing tooling issues.-Responsible for power management, MSP430 microcontrollers, C6000 DSP, and Davinci/OMAP ARM SoC product lines.-Covered wide ranging end applications such as multimedia, surveillance, industrial and military.
