As a Director of Cross-Cultural Partnerships and a certified Growability® Consultant, I help business and nonprofit leaders tame the chaos and grow their organizations. I co-host The Growability® Podcast, where I share practical tools and frameworks for effective leadership, management, and strategy. I believe business education should be accessible, affordable, and applicable to anyone who wants to master their business.I am also a Regional Director (SE Asia) at New International, a global mission organization that empowers local leaders to initiate and sustain holistic ministry. I oversee fundraising, partnership development, and strategic planning for our projects in Cambodia, Thailand, and Myanmar. I have a passion for cross-cultural communication and collaboration, and I leverage my writing, speaking, and consulting skills to serve our partners and donors. I have a Master's degree in Humanities/Spirituality from the University of South Africa, and I have spent over a decade living and working overseas.
