I have extensive executive and non-executive experience across banking and technology sectors with a focus on asset finance for business and consumers, technology subscription services and equipment and vehicle management.I am currently Chairman of Angle Finance, a newly formed equipment finance company owned by management. Deutsche bank and major global private equity firm, Cerberus Capital. I am also Chairman of Angle Auto Finance Australia’s largest independent car financier.Previously, as Managing Director I built two significant Australian independent finance companies, Capital Finance and Pepper Asset Finance; served on the International Executive Boards for Pepper Group and Lloyds International, and had senior executive roles with Challenge Bank and Barclays Bank.I was a non executive director and Audit and Risk Committee Chairman of Australia’s largest listed online retail and equipment auction company, Grays eCommerce Group Limited from March 2015 to August 2017 and Chairman of listed office print and technology subscription services provider, CSG Limited from October 2017 to February 2020.I am a past Chairman of the Australian Finance Industry Association representing the Australian providers of consumer, commercial or wholesale finance including ASX-listed financiers, customer owned and regional banks, manufacturer captive financiers and wholesale capital providers. I am also a Director and past Chairman of the Carbine Club, New South Wales’ premier sporting club.I have a history of creating and growing businesses which have all delivered superior returns to shareholders. Strong strategic and people leadership skills ensured that high levels of employee and customer engagement were consistent themes across these businesses.
