In early 2021, I sold my house in Kentucky and 99.99% of my belongings. In April 2021, I moved to Grand Cayman on a two-year remote work visa with three suitcases and my two little dogs. Rudy is a Chihuahua mix that belonged to my father, and Pharaoh is a Boston Terrier mix. He is named after American Pharaoh, the Triple Crown winning racehorse.While in Grand Cayman, I took up scuba diving, stand-up paddle boarding, and salsa dancing! It was an incredible experience to meet lovely people from all over the world and enjoy the beach and ocean life.In March 2023, Rudy, Pharaoh and our three suitcases moved to Mexico City! The La Condesa area is very pet-friendly, with several huge parks and thousands of trees. The Mexican people are friendly, welcoming, and extremely patient while I am learning Español. The food is from all over the world and irresistibly delicious. As they say here in México, Todo muy Rico!In México, I’m keeping up with the salsa dancing, but sadly, not the scuba diving.While living in the US, I was an avid cyclist and European traveler.
