This means that I take care of the process at offer stage moving forwards, check in regularly with our contractors, to ensure the onboarding is a smooth process and I am available for any payroll, timesheet, admin queries throughout their contract duration. From 4 – 15 April 2018 the Gold Coast welcomed 6,500 athletes and team officials from 70 Nations and Territories from all over the world, to compete and enjoy the biggest event Australia will host in more than a decade. The Gold Coast 2018 Commonwealth Games Corporation's (GOLDOC) vision is to stage a "great Games in a great city" leaving great memories and great benefits for all.My role at GOLDOC was to assist in the recruitment, selection, training and engagement of two groups of volunteers for the Gold Coast 2018 Commonwealth Games (approx. 600 volunteers in total).During Games time, I was based in the Athlete's Village and helped manage 300 volunteers who were assigned to each of the Commonwealth Games Associations (nation's teams). The highlight of the Games was leading 100 volunteers to move 4,000 athletes to the Opening Ceremony - the most unreal colourful sight and electric atmosphere!

Its headquarters are based in London, United Kingdom.My role was to assist with the onboarding process for contractors within the Bank:• Organising interviews; scheduling conference calls, videoconferences and booking rooms.• Managing the on-boarding process for all contractors within the Bank from ordering a background screening case, chasing up the screening progress and retrieving all documentation prior to the candidates’ start date.• Meeting new starters on their first day with a brief induction process and maintaining a close relationship with contractors by responding to ongoing queries as their first point of contact.• Team specialist for the on-boarding process for all management consultants/secondees.• Handling general enquiries from contractors on a daily basis, including: Fieldglass or PeopleSoft issues, contract extensions, timesheet/Payroll/expense queries, etc.
