I support young people with ASD and comorbid difficulties such as ADHD and EBD in a residential children's home. I also support them in school and in the community.As a keyworker, I oversee the care and support of a specific young person. My role includes:-Risk assessment-Data collection and analysis-Report Writing-Person centred support planning -Coordinating health care and other appointments-Organising family contact-Liasing with Social Workers and involved professionals-Advocating for my key child

In 2012 I completed a 100 day work placement with the Fostering Team in Chester. I acted as a Supervising Social Worker, supporting Local Authority Foster Carers through supervision and completing fostering assessments for prospective carers.I completed a 100 day placement with the Children in Need Team in Chester, completing initial and core assessments of children in need and their families. I also co-worked cases for looked after children and supported the Children in Care team.

I worked for the Green Space Team at Cheshire West and Chester Council. I provided administrative support to a large team of professionals and completed legal orders for closures and diversions of public rights of way.

I provided administrative support for the Sports, Arts and Play teams for Vale Royal Borough Council, which later became Cheshire West and Chester Council.
