Fit on Line was an extension of The Fit Dimension where we wanted to create programs we wrote for our client base to a wider audience taking it on line.

My position here as a sole owner operator as a Personal trainer meant that I was able to care for my clients on an individual level. I worked well as an enthusiastic but empathetic trainer, particularly in a one on one environment. 95% of my clients were ladies and 80% of my clients were pregnant which meant they needed that extra TLC! My position involved:· Sourcing new clients· Meeting and greeting new clients, building a solid relationship;· Evaluating and screening new clients· Creating and writing new programs and providing program relevant to client· Training client according to above screening up to x 3 per week;· Managing Personal Training diary, booking clients· Invoicing/Accounting· Receptionist and phone duties· Making up flyers and business card dropping to generate new leads;· Following up and ensuring clients happy and goals are being maintained· Customer service· Book keeping, data entry and liaising with Accountant.This position really gave me the ability to understand the length it takes to keep your clients, keep them happy and maintain a great working relationship!

The Fit Dimension is a small private personal training studio. We extended ourselves to a gym membership tailoring fitness programs for our clients.

This role was extremely busy, working full time, some weeks working over 60 hours. This role certainly defined me as the person I am today and as an exceptional Employee. It gave me so many great attributes including the ability to work under pressure, to work extremely hard and to work closely with not only one doctor, but many personalities across the Orthopaedic floor, Medical, Physio, Theatre and Hospital staff – not to mention our colourful patients! Working at Sportsmed.SA, it has given me the confidence to work with many walks of life and a wide range of people from office staff, to Practitioners within Sportsmed and exteriorly. My role as a PA to my surgeon involved:· Personally going through operation details with patient and booking their operation;· Data entry of operation into computer for hospital;· Ordering of prosthesis, Anaesthetists and Assistants for surgery;· Preparation of patient files and operating list for operating day;· Taking of all phone calls for the doctor;· Booking of patient appointments;· Travel to Southern Branch for consulting at Morphett Vale;· Liasing with external doctors confidentially about patient files;· Assisting all queries of customers about their medical history and liasing with Dr;· Medical typing of consulting and operating lists – typing speed of 89wpm;· Liasing with operating staff regarding the list, prosthetics ordered and bed staff;· All extra requirements beyond job description for the doctor including booking dinners, jobs for the family,· All filing;This role really whipped me into shape in terms of responsibility particularly due to the nature of the work in a medical environment. It helped me be extremely organised, gave me the ability to practice and perfect talking with patients, giving me the confidence I do today to connect with new clients within Just Corporate.

My position here was as a Personal Assistant to two Lawyers, one of the senior Lawyers at Knox & Hargrave. It was a large office, so many levels of seniority and personalities. My role involved:• Typing of all dictation;• All phone calls for both lawyers;• Filing of client papers and court documents.Being one of my first roles in the work force it gave me the ability to respect and deliver top notch customer service not only to the Office Manager but to my two lawyers. This gave me a good foundation and ability to work and liaise with professionals.

My position at Belperio Clark was my first position out of College. My main role was on reception, but as a Rounds Clerk I had the ability to meet and liaise externally with offices such as the courts which required professionalism and efficiency.• I was responsible for lodgement of all court documents;• Receptionist duties on front desk;• Liaising with Bev Clark and Charlie Belperio;• Filing of court documents and client paperwork;• Meet and greet all clients at front desk for meetings.A great launch pad into the work force. Being on the front desk it help me gain confidence to liaise with many different types of clients both professional and clients. Filing confidential documents at the courts gave me responsibility and again the ability to professionally liaise with a range of different people which has been a great building block for me to be the confident person I am today.
