In the Agile way of working I emphasize purpose, flexibility and personal responsibility.It's the people who make it successful. That is why I build relationships with people, based on mutual respect. This helps me to understand and translate their perspectives and qualities. From here I form competent teams (with a realistic dose of autonomy) and initiate collaboration. These teams I help solving impediments thus improving their output.I create overview and transparency naturally, I think strategically. After understanding the vision and the organization, I clarify the route with concrete goals. I maintain my focus on those goals based on my experience that daily business otherwise takes over control.
