ERP Project Manager Pre Sales - Dynamics Ax (7 years) - SAGE X3 (11 years)

- Direct report to the Group Senior Finance Director- Project establishment (budget revision / deadline / stake holders / objectives)- Core Solution Prototyping (1 month) on the following scope : GL, AP, AR, TR, FA, Procurement, Stock management (with the mandatory pharmaceutical traceability), Sales (AIF interface with the Group front office) and BI (Reporting Services)- Piloting and personally doing the setup / tests with Process Owners- Specifying / piloting the Data Migration tool development and methodology- Managing the delivery by external suppliers and internal dedicated resources including infrastructure (total budget: 3 M€ / 3000 men days and time frame: 8 months for 31 French legal entities)- Change management with the country business unit managers (30), their resources and the Group Divisions’ Directors (100 training days organized, road shows, newsletter, communication meeting)- After GO LIVE support. I personally did the level 2 hotline for the whole application during 3 months to help country’s Finance IT and Project Process Owners- Built the Competence Center from scratch (hiring process, , internal welcome, work plans) realizing a real complementary team (5 FTE)- Contracted the application maintenance (SLA)- Put in place PRINCE2 methodology (filing, measurement metrics, delivery process) in the context of the current and further roll-outs- Lead the PwC audit 4 months after GO LIVE- Liaised with Microsoft and strengthened the business relationship between MS and EUROFINS
