During these months of internship I was in charge of creating a purchasing department. Using the DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control) methodology in order to systematically identify and improve processes or problems within an organization, resulting in increased efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction. It provides a structured approach for problem-solving and continuous improvement, helping to eliminate defects, reduce variability, and enhance overall performance.

My role in the project was to coordinate the vaccination events against Covid-19 at the island level, that is, the island of Puerto Rico. I was in charge of the logistics of the events throughout the duration of the project. It was completed after meeting the standards and numbers suggested by the country's Department of Health.

My first internship in the industry. I came to this position after requesting an internship to complete the credits requested by and at the University of Puerto Rico, Bayamón Campus.My role in this company, PET Plastics, LLC. was to analyze and the necessary runs so that the company's inventory was as accurate and correct as possible for the beginning of each month, when the company's general inventory was worked on. Pet Plastics, LLC is working in Manufacture of plastic, chemical and petroleum products activities.I was in charge of the inventory analysis of the three warehouses: Cidra, Cayey and Las Piedras. Cidra is the main production plant, the bottling line and part of the Coca Cola inventory are located in Cidra. In Cayey there is the inventory of Raw Material, such as the resin used to create the preforms, a preform is an intermediate product that is then blown into a polyethylene terephthalate (PET) container. Las Pidras, or internally known as "El Bunker", everything known as part of the "Safety Stock" is stored.

At Music Wave Events and Rental we create events, such as Weddings, Birthday's, Conventions, Bridal Expositions and so many other activities. I started being a vendor (6m), then I worked with the Transportation Logistics and ended being the supervisor of the Inventory Department.
