About Berri Rice

I have worked with Nationwide Insurance for 14 years in several different positions from Home Care Inspections, to the front line call center, to a help desk, and lastly as a Resolution Analyst. In all of my positions I have given customer service along with the consideration of the company’s guidelines and policies. My current role is the most challenging as I am authorized to resolve issues and be able to think outside of the box to do so. I try to come to compromises with the members that benefits them, and doesn’t negatively affect the company. My strengths include problem and conflict resolution, mathematical skills, customer service, data gathering and contributing to an engaging work environment.I’m flexible with my schedules when there are shift gaps and know how to use my resources effectively. I have quick decision-making skills and the highest production on my team. I have also served on a team of Health Advocates for my center becoming a subject matter expert on advising associates on their Health Care options and assessments along with helping facilitate the center-wide Health Fair.
