During my time as an Events Assistant at the Northern Design Festival, a student-led non-profit design festival, I played a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth execution of various events. Interacting with over 300 festival participants, I facilitated networking events, panel talks, and exhibitions, ensuring guests had a seamless and enjoyable experience.My responsibilities extended beyond mere assistance; I managed ad-hoc duties such as guest list management, seating arrangements, and coat check services, exhibiting my attention to detail and organizational skills. I took charge of setting up and dismantling event spaces efficiently, guaranteeing seamless transitions throughout the event.

As an event coordinator of an event startup, I created and developed an innovative marketing event campaign for the project “爆汗也不怕”, a month-long weekend bazaar, in Hong Kong. I managed to design unique campaigns related to summer remotely for the project, generating over 2,000 attendees during the entire project. Campaigns are based on the interactions between consumers, the booth owners and our staff, relating to summer, aiming to create and provide the most unforgettable weekend bazaar experience to the visitors. I also performed excellent work in managing sponsorships with brands, relating to summer goods and utilities.

As an Events Officer for the Lancaster University Hong Kong Society (LUHKS), I played a crucial role in fostering a sense of community and support for Hong Kong students studying abroad. With a membership exceeding 100 individuals, LUHKS served as a vital platform, easing the transition into university life and providing valuable insights into career opportunities both in Hong Kong and the UK.In my capacity, I spearheaded the planning, organization, and execution of numerous society events, including orientation camps and social nights. These events not only facilitated networking and camaraderie among members but also contributed significantly to the society's financial sustainability.Through my efforts, I successfully organized over 10 events, each drawing more than 100 participants and generating a substantial revenue of HKD 10,000. This production garnered significant recognition, including a nomination for Scenography of the Year by the International Association of Theatre Critics (HK).My responsibilities encompassed various crucial tasks, including preparing the rehearsal space and actively participating in the procurement of props, furniture, and set dressing. I meticulously executed major responsibilities such as setting up props, orchestrating scene changes, and managing backstage operations, all while adhering to strict deadlines and maintaining impeccable attention to detail.Moreover, I actively contributed to the creative process, collaborating closely with the director and designers during the pre-show period. Through brainstorming sessions and the exchange of creative ideas, I helped shape the visual and aesthetic elements of the production, contributing to its overall success.My experience as an Assistant Stage Manager for "Girls and Boys" not only honed my organizational and multitasking skills but also allowed me to immerse myself in the collaborative and creative environment of theatre production at a professional level.

During my Creative Communities Internship at The Dukes Theatre, I had the privilege of contributing to enriching experiences for both children and the local community. Assisting experienced facilitators during workshops for 40 kids, I played a hands-on role in fostering creativity and learning in young minds.Additionally, I had the opportunity to mentor and coach a musical play, "Mary Poppins," for 50 students from Dallas Road School. This experience allowed me to combine my passion for the arts with my desire to empower and inspire young talents.
