I am in charge of the patient experience at our 34 community health centers that deliver primary health care services. This includes exterior and interior signage as well as collateral. Along with one direct report, I travel regularly to all 34 of our locations to review standardization and compliance issues with the clinical management teams.

Acted as central hub for work flowing through the agency, and managed the creative group's workload on a daily basis. Helped to continually hone the agency processes and proceedures for the smoothest workflow. Managed all print production work.

Oversaw business to business marketing communication projects from start to finish. Duties included scheduling and monitoring progress on roughly 100 projects at any given time. Trafficked all print ads to publications. Set up all internal meetings with teams. Assisted Production Manager when needed.
