CM Projects included: +$37M Housing Renovations, WWTP(s), JP5 Tanks, large Fitness Center(s), HVAC and Fire Protection Upgrades in Multistory Buildings, Conveyer System Upgrades, Golf Club House, and communication facilities. Slashed extension on overhead claims from contractor requested 455 days to 143 using Primavera scheduling software. Instrumental in producing a more alert workforce and a reduction in punch list quantities after assisting in weekly “Quality Control” and “Safety” meetings. Successfully tracked 490 changes and 90 active construction contracts after designing database and developing link to other offices in Puerto Rico, Antigua, and St. Croix in the Caribbean.Norfolk, Virginia (1995-1998) Assigned as Area Construction Manager.
