About Bert Baron

In het familiebedrijf van mijn vader, een groothandel in diepvriesproducten in Noord-Holland, ben ik opgegroeid. Bij grote A-merk multinationals als Coca-Cola, Unilever en Grolsch heb ik Marketing & Sales tot op directieniveau mogen bedrijven. Ik vind het de uitdaging om bij bedrijven de commerciële noot te (helpen) kraken en groei te ontsluiten. Dat is wat ik in de afgelopen jaren altijd met veel liefde heb gedaan. Oplossingen voor verbeteringen liggen op een breed vlak zoals bijvoorbeeld strategische keuzes voor klanten, proposities, capabilities, processen en routines. Naast het maken van goede keuzes in strategie gaat het vervolgens om gedegen executie en uitvoering. Ik werk graag samen met anderen; ik ben een verbinder die toegankelijk en communicatief sterk is.
