Since April 2009, I am changemanager for KPN Mobile's postpaid Billing chain with an annual turnover of around EUR 2,5B. In essence it is my primary goal to implement changes on the production environment with no or limited impact for business processes. With an abundance of RFCs, this is not an easy task!The key responsibilities:- Assess RFCs scheduled to be implemented on the operational environment;- Participate in various Change Advisory Boards;- Set up the annual maintenance plan for the billing application.

As Demandmanager Postpaid Billing I am resonsible for day-to-day guidance of the 2 IT-suppliers of KPN Mobile's main billing application. Early 2010, due to global sourcing, part of the maintenance activities for the postpaid billing chain have been shipped to India. This (ongoing) transition from PMO to FMO has been a real challenge. A new TAM-team, a new way of working, in short a new set of rules had to be designed in order to limit business impact. The key responsibilities in my role as demand manager:- Create workpackages;- Schedule implementation of approved solutions;- Prepare and chair Operational Audit meetings with stakeholders;- Prepare and chair weekly progress meetings with IT-suppliers;

During this period, I have been participating in a scala of interesting innovation projects: Integration of workorder automation, Lawful interception (5+ years), CRM in call centers, Third-party order automation. .
