I have over 11 years of experience working in production, research & development. Currently, I work as the CT Supervisor  where I lead a extraordinary team of seven, capturing essential data to better build the genetics for the birds of tommorow! I'm deeply passionate about creating a better tomorrow and capturing said data that help people navigate their careers and achieve their career goals all while bettering the company, my team, and myself.My career started on a breeder farm, where I began to wonder what made those breeders the ones that was selected to help the company grow. I then transitioned into being a lead where I managed a team and where the thirst for more knowledge really ignited. I wanted to know in more depth the fundamentals and structure of my career. Previously, I worked at Selection R&D Poultry Selection, improving products through examination and gathering accurate in field data. Also being head on multitudes of trials and projects. Lastly, I am a very likeable/outgoing person. I am a firm believer of gaining respect through showing my commitment to any and all tasks set before me.
