His leadership has taken him across the globe, from Shanghai to Sao Paulo, where he has fostered enduring client relationships grounded in trust, collaboration, and ingenuity.In his previous role as the Northwest Science Practice leader, Bert is revolutionizing the landscape of research and development lab design. He challenges conventional norms, advocating for spaces that prioritize human well-being, embrace forward-looking principles, and champion environmental stewardship. Bert's overarching mission is to empower companies to excel and accelerate their research endeavors.Beyond his professional endeavors, Bert serves as the Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion Principal Sponsor for the Northwest Region.
