Operations Management Specialist
CurrentEvaluate the performance of assigned products/services in the market by comparing actual results with forecasted projections and assessing their alignment with business case objectives.Continuously observe market trends and communicate insights, growth opportunities, and potential risks to product managers and retailers.Generate targeted reports for company-wide updates and encourage cross-functional accountability and performance.Conduct in-depth analyses of sales and product performance data in collaboration with retailers and internal teams. Perform root cause analyses on issues affecting product/service lifecycle and assign urgency levels, communicating and collaborating with teams to facilitate prompt issue resolution. Conduct thorough audits to ensure the solution meets the desired customer experience.Collaborate with external stakeholders to develop and introduce product/service releases. Contribute to the development of training programs and troubleshooting materials to support effective solution deployment of new territories. In charge of continuous improvement efforts focused on elevating the overall product/service experience for the company.
