Working closly with several police and security agencies (foreign and domestic).Assisting the Security Supervisor where and when necessary with planning, supporting, informing and motivating the rest of the team of Security Officers on a daily basis to maintain a strong and cohesive team.Direct performance of Security Officers and follow-up with corrections where needed.Maintain a positieve work environment to ensure an excellent work relationship with the other departments and to ensure the guests expectations.Work without direct supervision.Check and follow-up all safety and emergency and Loss Control procedures of the hotel.Close connection with Chief Director of Security, following his demands and instructions.
