Bert Keller is President of A.L.K. Interests, Inc., since 2012. ALK provides Public Sector Consulting, Energy Procurement, Government Relations and Campaign Strategies.Mr. Keller is doing and has done work for Savant Energy Services, Municipal Intelligence Group, HNTB, CWA,NHCRWA, Klotz Engineering, Pappas Restaurants, NRG, Governor Rick Perry, Don Sanders, Moody Rambin Interests and handles Special Projects for Harris County Commissioner Tom Ramsey.Bert Keller was elected in 1999 to the Houston City Council to represent District G. He was the Chairman of the Technology, Transportation and Infrastructure Committee. Mr. Keller represented the City of Houston on the Board of Directors of the Houston-Galveston Area Council (HGAC). During Mr. Keller’s second term on City Council, he was elected Vice-Mayor Pro Tem of the City of Houston.Mr. Keller is appointed By Mayor Sylvester Turner and Harris County to Chair the Gulf Coast Rail District. Mr. Keller is a voting member on the HGAC Transportation Policy Council. He also currently serves the City as a Commissioner on the ReBuild Houston Advisory Committee. Mr. Keller attended the University of Texas, where he received a B.S. in Petroleum Engineering. He also received a Background in Liberal Arts from Brookside College in Cambridge, England; where he studied Public Speaking, Theology . Mr Keller is a former President of the “C” Club of Houston and the Houston Realty Breakfast Club. He is a member of the Memorial Forest club. Along with his wife, Laura, and their three children, Sanders, London and Berkeley, he is an active member of St. Cecelia Catholic Parish.
