With over 40 years of experience in proprietary education and hospitality, I have a proven track record of leading and managing change, developing and executing strategies and building and improving cultures and relationships.My mission is to help others empower themselves through learning and leadership, using a variety of tools and techniques, such as the Meyers-Briggs Type Indicator, the Eq-i/EQ360, and e-Learning platforms. I have a learning-centered philosophy that focuses on student success and outcomes, and I have designed and implemented curricula that are relevant, engaging and effective.
