Responsible for the execution and management of the Company’s surface operations and obligations under Oil & Gas Leases in the Permian Basin. Plans and directs projects and provides land knowledge specific to surface operations, including interpretation of existing contracts, state statutes, and relevant caselaw. Provide leadership, represents Company in negotiations with landowners, county and state officials regarding Company operations, permits, rights of way and surface damage negotiations. Supervise and build relationships with current and future customers, landowners, local government andcity officials to achieve company sales goals while managing divisional sales representatives in 6 states daily activities by providing knowledge from the energy and mineral market. Provided support of marketinformation,demands, laws, negotiations and mineral agreements. Proficient in Real Estate, mining and mineral laws while researching anddocumenting farmouts, right-of-ways, leases, joint ventures with landowners, governmentofficials, geologists, engineers and attorneys while negotiating royalties. Achieves regional sales operational objective demands by contributing regional sales informationand recommendations to create strategic planning for production, quality, customer service demands,resolving problems, identifying trends to implement change and develop new field designs. Maintains and expands customer base by counseling district sales representatives; andpersonally building and maintaining relationships with key customers and identifyingnew customer opportunities based on business analytics. Accomplishing regional sales demands by recruiting, training, scheduling, coaching andmanaging employees in assigned districts by communicating job expectations and market demands.

Design and supervise the construction, reclamation, remediation, and environmental compliance of multi-well pad site construction. Managed 3 field survey crews daily while staking over 7 drill-site projects per month and continuing to coordinate relationships with the landowners, geologists, engineers,attorneys, local government and city officials to achieve lease agreements stipulations and companygoals. Filing permit applications and ensuring the complianceson locations based on the Surface Use Agreements and city ordinances.  Execution of Williams’ Environmental, Health & Safety policies and procedures while workingwith the operations staff to collect and maintain the required EHS data. Managed and created over 13 surface use agreements per month while abiding by the company land management standards and practices. Manage over 76 drillsite locations reclamation after the drilling and completion processes are complete. Managed the installation of landscaping and other environmental compliances set forth by city ordinances to ensure properties are up to code.

Monitors the compliance of 11 contractors during construction, reclamation andremediation projects while continuing relationships with landowners, engineers, attorneys, localgovernment and city officials. Upholds a direct relationship and communication with local municipalities, state and federalagency personnel during the permitting and on-site compliances. Provides interpretation and clarification to field personnel during the implementation ofChesapeake’s Environmental, Health & Safety policies and procedures while working with theoperations staff to collect and maintain the required EHS data. Managed construction and created the designs of 9 multi-well pad sites per month for heavily populated urban settings based on city ordinance compliances and surface use agreements. Maintains a communication partnership with landowners to insure lease stipulations are followed according to company Surface use Agreements.

Accompanied in the planning and development of commercial and residential developmentproperties located in the heart of Fort Worth’s elite neighborhoods. Worked with city and civil engineers designing the layouts of utilities and roads. Supervised construction throughout the development stages of the development and properties. Implemented the Business Cash Flow report to forecast maintenance for the developmentoperations.
