Recruited and coached a team of 10 account executives achieving $3 million in annual revenue during 2012. Meet with Account Executives in weekly one on ones to discuss their individual progress and steps necessary to achieve goals. Review daily calls sheets to assure all current and prospective clients are called on. Establish number of cold calls needed to reach goals based on closing percentage. Hold daily sales meetings to roll play sales skills and plan upcoming events. Ride with Account Executives to close business and coach on regular basis. Work with Account Executives to assure all activity including cold calls, presentations, closed sales, follow ups and collections are entered in RAB account management system. Hold Account Executives accountable for processing all paperwork correctly and entering into system with 24 hours of closing. Review trends with Account Executives of their activity and make adjustments or implement performance improvement plans as necessary. Account Executives know what is expected of them and that they will be held accountable for their performance. They also know that I am there to help them as long as they are willing to put in the effort and learn from every call.
