Leading the team of product and marketing managers responsible for the Simplant product portfolio: 3D software and hardware solutions for planning and executing dental implant treatment. Responsible for the entire product lifecycle and marketing communication strategies.

I was responsible for the long-term strategy and roadmap of Materialise Dental's SimPlant software for planning dental implant treatment in 3D. This included defining products for new market segments and reinforcing existing products: market research, business planning, stakeholder management, presenting and defending results.I was also managing a Technical Product Manager responsible for new SimPlant releases.

Responsible for the lifecycle of each SimPlant release: gathering and analyzing market input, writing the value proposition and high-level requirements, steering development of the software and marketing material, writing the launch plan, training our sales channels, and gathering market feedback.
