I have a small consulting business, Neoteros Consulting is providing Commercial Facilitation and Project Management work to Service organizations in the Health Care sector and Pharmaceutical companies within Australia and in APAC. I was previously Director: Organizational Development for IMS Health for Asia Pacific, responsible for the training and development of all staff within IMS Health in APAC, with particular focus on commercial effectiveness, consulting and client engagement. In my facilitation role, my primary focus is ensuring that the theory taught and facilitated is implemented. I have a passion for clients, ensuring that all knowledge and skills are applied to achieve practical and effective solutions that meet clients’ objectives. I gained extensive experience of the Pharmaceutical industry in South Africa, the Netherlands and Australia, holding various sales and marketing positions, including that of senior Sales and Marketing roles working with Pharmaceutical companies, Schering Plough and AstraZeneca. After 24 years in the Pharmaceutical industry, I joined Battaerd Mansley, Australia and established their first international business in South Africa. Within 2 years, I moved to Australia to assist in expanding their global operation and was responsible for South Africa, Czech Republic, India, Korea and Australia, as well as holding shared responsibility for Japan. I then became Country Principle for IMS Health in Australia and New Zealand. My key area of expertise is in the Practice Area of Commercial Effectiveness. I hold a Diploma in Advanced Sales and Business Management from Technikon in Cape Town. I am currently completing my Cert IV in Training and Assessment through RMT in Australia.
