Secretary of the Board , Senior Finance and HR executive and Managing Director ,with years of multi-national experience; responsible for board reporting, financial standards & controls, regulatory compliance, (US GAAP, SOX, etc.), operational budgets, and financial reporting. Additionally responsible for HR support of multiple lines of business across multiple divisions; active member on BU leadership teams supporting key strategies as they relate to financial and people management, staff planning, organizational effectiveness, workforce management, and overall financial and people performance. My personal career objectives are to continue to apply my skills and experience to drive profitable growth for the companies I work for and advise in; and reach a positionwhere I can have the most impact on an organization participating in good governance practices. My work is satisfying when I see the positive impact I’m making on customers, shareholders, and associates. My experiences in multiple countries, across multiple disciplines, in multiple corporate environments between the USA and Europe have given me a perspective on what it takes for companies to be successful. My personal career objective is to continue to leverage that perspective to drive transformational change.
