I started my career in the Employee Benefits industry in South Florida in 1984 with Cigna Health Plan and moved to Equicor in 1989. In 1992 I started working for Family Healthplan a local start-up company that later was bought by another local company, PCA where I worked until 1997. In 1997 I worked for Foundation Health which was later acquired by Vista Healthplan in an unprecedented buy-out by a local physician of 3 failing HMOs which became very successful and were bought by Coventry Health; in 2010 I worked for BenefitMall for 3 years. Worked at Cigna Healthcare for 3 years before moving to Sapoznik Insurance in early 2017. Over 33 years of experience in the Employee Benefits industryI have worked primarily in the field as Sales/Service position in the large and small group side with responsibilities for growth and retention, relationship building. My book of business included larger employers such as the Federal Government account, various labor union accounts as well as local small and larger business in South Florida.I hold a current 2-15 Health and Life/Variable Annuities License by the Florida Department of Financial Services which is required of all field sales/service personal to conduct business in the State.
