Write, design and develop process and procedural content to instruct users on step-by-step instructions, concepts, definitions, and other resources necessary for employees to perform their job function.Retrieve, track and organize requests to add, change or delete information in the knowledge repository.Organize, prioritize, coordinate and manage tasks as needed to effectively communicate changes to business process on a daily basis.Facilitate focus groups and meetings to obtain usability feedback on knowledge base documents.Implement improvements to the knowledge repository based on feedback provided by users.Ensure all necessary information is submitted to the appropriate stakeholders for decisions and approvals. Maintain users, user groups and permission levels for knowledge documents in the repository.Validate all information in the knowledge base for accuracy. Ensure information entered into Knowledge repository is in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, policies, procedures and standards.Work with Learning and Development and Quality Assurance to ensure Knowledge repository is aligned with the current business processes.
