- Responsible for liaising with customers related to access and disclosure of personal health information- Responsible for promoting confidentiality & privacy awareness- Responsible for collection of payment for release of information as per approved CVH fee schedule- Extensive interaction with external agencies, law offices, other hospitals, health care agencies, patients and their families, physicians, clinical staff, and other customers- Exercises judgment and resolves issues- Builds relationships with our internal and external customers- Other duties as assigned

- Correct errors in the WinRecs system- Process Insurance request’s for medical information- Maintain and distribute monthly death logs- Verify and log monthly census information- Merge any duplicate patient records - Audit patient demographics in the eHealth EMPI system- Assist walk-in requests in the Release of Information
