Sidekick Intern I'm the go-to person, connector and problem solver for our beloved guests (or as we like to call them, residents). Being part of Zoku sidekick's I am learning to be the friendly first impression, giving warm welcomes to the residents, making check-ins and check-out, and answering their questions with a smile.Having the opportunity to learn on how to be a master of the bar, and also sparking lively conversations. Creating memorable meetings and events, by planning and setting up events, and ensuring a flawless experience.I'm learning to take care of the people, make them feel at home and get connected with them. I'm always genuinely friendly, pro-active and openTrying everyday to get out of themselves and their peers.I don’t mind getting my hands dirty every now and then.

Provide safe and enjoyable ski instruction to clients of all levels, from beginners to advanced skiers. Plan and deliver lessons, provide feedback and advice, and ensure client safety.

I have to prepare digital travel itineraries for potential clients, based on quotations from agents, design of text and images of the digital itinerary, reviewing destination entry restrictions, review changes to confirmed trips and support sales team.

I teach 14 year olds at a competitive level. In it I have been able to see that I have a vocation for children. It has helped me to mature, to be responsible and punctual but also to be funny and have a sense of humor. To know how to communicate and speak in public. And finally to be polite, which I think is one of the most important things I have learnt.

Teaching children from 4 to 6 years old, in which I understand what their basic needs are. I have learned to be patient, organised and responsible. At the same time I am able to adapt to any situation.

Working in front of the public I have learned that it is very important to always have a smile on your face. It is an aspect that people value as it makes them feel welcome in the place they are.

During this month working as a waitress I developed my ability to be efficient and discrete during the service. I also developed my ability to work in a team and to communicate clearly.

Thanks to these internships I knew that in the future I would like to study tourism and hotel management.
