In TechBuddy, I was hired as the first HR person in the Spanish division, with the main goal of defining and implementing HR processes and policies while also working on improving the employee experience in a high-performance and positive work environment.Main projects developed: recruitment, employer branding, onboarding, performance review, internal comms, HR policies, offsites, and perks.
