Responsable for managing all internal and external communications for the company andmarketing activities, including- Developing an integrated communications strategy for the company, incorporating PR, marketing and social media;- Developing relationships with key media;- Monitoring press stories relating to the company and our books;- Overseeing the annual communications budget and ensuring its use is fully maximised;- Planning, developing and implementing effective marketing communication campaigns;- Using the full marketing mix for the company’s marketing communications;- Writing copy for brochures, letters, press releases, emails and website;- Monitoring ongoing campaign spend against the budget, keeping accurate records and highlighting where variances occur;- Overseeing the development and implementation of the social media for the company and for the authors;- Organization of book fairs.

- Preparing press releases and organising press conferences and interviews;- Liaising with media contacts and monitoring media coverage of the organisation; - Organization and reception of foreign authors.

- Identifying, developing and execute communications strategy for key media contacts;- Preparing briefing materials;- Writing articles and press releases;- Coordinate conferences, events and press interviews;- Monitoring current affairs and coverage of the organisation within the media;- Responsability for visual presentations for meetings;

- Researches and creates presentations and communications plans;- Drafting press releases, news, and magazine articles;- Setting up speaking engagements and preparing speeches for spokespeople;- Managing the PR aspect of a potential crisis situation;- Developing media plans and policies with executives in the organization;- Directing public relations campaigns for companies and organizations;- Maintaining and updating information on the organisation's website;- Sourcing and managing speaking and sponsorship opportunities;- Organising events including press conferences, exhibitions, open days and press tours.
