Passionate researcher in Food Science and Analytical Chemistry, currently pursuing a PhD in Food and Nutrition at the University of Barcelona. With over six years in academia and research, I focus on food authenticity and quality assurance, supported by competitive grants like the FPU and FI. My work spans advanced analytical methods to verify food authenticity, including spectroscopic and chemometric techniques, applied in projects such as TRACENUTS and OLEUM.Published in top journals, my research on hazelnut and olive oil traceability has received notable recognition, including the ACCA award.
