My core passion is creating practical, elegant, inspirational solutions to help people express their potential, find fulfillment, and make the world a better place.I integrate psychology, physiology, spirituality, philosophy, sociology, leadership, technology, and design. My key strength is creating innovative solutions to complex problems. I am a strategic and systematic thinker at heart. I am open-minded, imaginative, idealistic, creative, curious, studious, independent, persistent, and calm (most of the time :-). I try to live up to my core values of growth, leadership, wisdom, integrity, and harmony.I am, without any doubt, a work in progress, as I can struggle with perfectionism, analysis paralysis, networking, repetitive or administrative work, and self-criticism.I have a Master's degree in Movement Sciences from the Catholic University of Leuven (Belgium) and did Ph.D. research in exercise physiology and peak performance. I have created products and services for elite sports teams, athletes, and business leaders to improve their performance. In 2009, I co-founded Energy Lab, a Belgian training support company. In 2015, I founded Evermove, a personal growth experience company that aims to help people on their personal growth journey through an innovative, holistic, and strategic approach. In 2023, the companies Evermove and GRAM joined forces to form QLX, a human development company aimed at improving people's quality of life experience (QLX).
