I have been working the two biggest MOOC in Hungary as course designer:1) the so-called META-MOOC which have been adressed as the sample for the biggest higher education institute (ELTE) in Hungary in 2018 and 2021, and 2) the Future of Learning MOOC (FLI MOOC) which is led by me as the professional leader and author. The FLI MOOC is the biggest Hungarian-language cMOOC (facilitated) in the Carpathian Basin with 1500-2000 participants in each year since 2019.Also, I am opened to co-create or work with you on designing, creating and launching amazing online courses, MOOCs (even self-paced of facilitated or hybrid ones) in English and in Hungarian anywhere in the world.

Scientix promotes and supports a Europe-wide collaboration among STEM (science, technology, engineering and maths) teachers, education researchers, policymakers and other STEM education professionals. The main stakeholders of Scientix are teachers, researchers and project managers in STEM education, and policymakers. Each of these groups can benefit from Scientix activities and events.

As a global knowledge manager my purpose was to create, structure, update and share relevant content, processes and practices for the Leadership Advisory Services, standardizing approaches and processes across Practice Groups, developing best practices and supporting the digital transformation of knowledge management.

We had been good at:# building bridges between policy and practice, stakeholders, projects, results and outputs.Knowledge Centre Unit was a part of the Tempus Public Foundation responsible for:--- managing and organising the internal and external knowledge sharing using the 25-years accumulated knowledge of the Organisation, shaping learning management solutions for other departments, external experts and stakeholders;--- designing and implementing national and international educational policy projects;--- leading and managing the national dissemination activities of EU co-operation projects related to the Education and Training 2020 and EEA2025 programs;--- developing and organizing teacher training programmes (CPD) in the field of language learning, digital pedagogy, teacher collaboration and modern teaching profession;--- developing and managing knowledge sharing forums targeting experts, policy makers and other stakeholders;--- bringing and experimenting EU policies into Hungary and Hungarian policy environment;--- coordinating the customer service of the Organisation;--- organizing workshops, conferences, developing training materials and publishing professional reports in the field of modern teaching profession, early school leaving, teacher collaboration, digital pedagogy, lifelong learning and school leadership policy and practice;--- designing webpages and other online communication and disseminations tools.

Managing the CroCoos (Cross-sectoral cooperation focused solutions for preventing early school leaving) EC-funded international project on preventing early school leaving. CroCooS – Prevent dropout! project identified elements of a comprehensive institutional early warning system (EWS) and tested its applicability in national context. The pilot schools were supported by mentors in building EWS teams, monitoring distress signals, protocols of intervention on school level, using personal development plan and cross-sectoral cooperation.

Developing and organising trainings (project management and other adult learning trainings and teacher trainings) and participating international projects (mainly in ESL - early school leaving topics) and national initiatives (mainly in the field of ICT, training and education).

Supporting social renewal and social infrastructure projects to manage and finalize them. Almost 50 project in more than 20 cities across Hungary with more than 60 face-to-face meeting to put prompt problem-solving and actions on the projects to finalize them and maximize the available absorption of the financial support to create useful intellectual and professional outcomes and results in the projects. One of the most intensive period of my life - no time in the office but on the roads and in the field. It was wonderful but exhausting.

Developing the Pénzértő digital curriculum (teaching material) from the planning period to the final implementation with content development and developing guide books, handbooks and the IT environment specification. The team with 12 people consisted of teachers from Budapest, Szeged, Dunakeszi and Szolnok.The Pénzértő teaching material is great for teaching economy and finance in public education among the 14-18 years old students (the resource is available only in Hungarian).http://www.penzerto.hu/
