Directing Strategic Marketing and Marketing Communications Departments of the company.

My Main Responsibilities are;- Searching for new Business opprtunities and Markets for TEKSAN;- Finding out if these opportunities match with the unique technical and commercial capabilities of the company;- Creating new Business Models and Partnerships (both Local and International);- Preparing Business Plans including Technical, Financial, and Marketing sections;- Presenting the Business Plans to the Main Board and giving consultation to take decisions;- Giving the New Business a start by forming the team, communicating the suppliers and dealing with the Marketing and Sales Processes , once the Project is approved by the Main Board;- Being a part of the execution of the new business at least at the initial stage

Directing International Sales and Marketing Activities of the company with a prior intention to increase the share of export sales;- Strategic Planning,- Preparing Int. Sales & Marketing Budget,- Setting up and Directing Int. Sales Team including Logistics & Export Operations,- Decision Making in Int. Sales & Marketing Activities,- Establishing & Adapting and Int. Sales Sysyem and Dicipline,- Forming and Controllng Distribution Channels for Export Markets,- Personally following up and gaining big accounts such as Multi Nationals as customers.
