I lead EY’s market execution for Property Development and Construction and related funds management. I am passionate about bringing insight to the sector, progressing it into the digital age and helping drive leading levels of performance. I developed the EY NextWave Real Estate 2030 future-back workshop which explores potential changes in RE development and investment strategies as megatrends and technological transformations impact how we work, live and play. I have facilitated over 100 design thinking and strategy execution workshops with executive groups across the sector. I led a nine month, global research project into Construction Sector Transformation and I am a member of EY Smart Cities working group.Next to creating a better working world, I am passionate about civilisation, diversity and community and contribute as Chair of Dutchlink, the Dutch-Australian Chamber for Commerce and Culture and as Chair of the ‘Anne Frank Exhibition Australia’. 700+ schools have visited this high impact exhibition, providing many young people with a role model for female leadership and a realisation of the importance of tolerance, racial acceptance and integration.

Oceania Growth Navigator LeaderEy Jul 2014 - PresentSydney, AustraliaGrowth Navigator is a technology led conversation about enabling an organisation to deliver on its growth and performance aspirations. EY, in conjunction with 260 of the world's most successful business leaders has been conducting extensive research into how these leaders enabled their organisations to produce sustainable double digit growth over an extended period. This research has been distilled into an app based workshop which will provide you with an opportunity to critically benchmark your organisation relative to global market leaders in your sector, in seven different areas. The output includes the benchmarking overview, an EY point of view on your organisation, opportunities identified and a roadmap on how to take your organisation to the target level. I have conducted over 100 of these workshops and the feedback from the C-suite and Boards has been very positive. -
