Over Maintenance dept. predictive, preventive maintenance on chemical/solvent bottling equipment in various sizes, maintain facilities as needed, ensure Safety guidelines are being followed on a daily basis due to the processing involved, ensure that all parts are ready and in stock when needed, daily interaction with vendors and contractors

Manage a group of 65 people 20 in the Maintenance Dept and 45 in the Sanitation dept. ensure proper operation of equipment, scheduling of personnel making sure we have all the parts needed for the job Comply with USDA regulations, GMP, etc...Maintain our Downtime goal of +/-3%Assist in different departments as needed, whatever is needed to get the job done.
