CurrentProviding a high level of technical accrual bookkeeping to multiple clientsAnalyzing transactions and recording sales entries from multiple e-commerce, billing and payment systemsAssisting in processing AP for clientsCreating the monthly reconciliation report (reviewing bookkeeping entries, editing where appropriate, ensuring reconciliation reports contain support for all balance sheets accounts)Providing proactive client management as the first point of contact for bookkeeping related questions and support information, including recognizing issues and changes as they ariseCollaborating with the Virtual Controllers to ensure account transactions are recorded in alignment with client financial goalsChallenging current tools, processes, methodologies etc., when appropriate, to ensure best practices are in place to support clients
