• Saved Konica Minolta $120K on the purchase of this Dealer and the subsequent sale of D&B Branches in Ontario, but outside of the GTA, to the minority partner of D&B.
• Provided financial reporting expertise to new owner of D&B and its controller, while transitioning to my new position with Konica Minolta.

• Through proper Cash Management and by implementing essential controls and procedures, I effected cost savings and recoveries of over $400K.
