Other teams included IT, Social Workers, Financial Coordinators, Clinics, Patient Admissions Services, Pharmacy, Strategic Operational Support, and Coding. • Coordinated the migration from SharePoint 2010 to SharePoint Online for Revenue Cycle. This involved thousands of users, hundreds of sites, and large amounts of workflow and data being migrated for critical processes. Functioned as the point person for this; communicating with all levels of management in Revenue Cycle throughout the process to ensure that the ball was not dropped.• Interfaced with different teams within Revenue Cycle to complete projects in SharePoint and Excel. This involved discovery and requirements gathering, building the project, writing the documentation, training the staff, and working with management to steer the project to success. Other teams included Masterfile, Government Payers, National Payers, Cash Reconciliation, and individual Revenue Centers. Projects ranged in scope from local to national.
