The key to these kinds of results lies in ambitious objectives that are accepted by the individual on a subconscious level. These type of objectives will create the necessary energy/willingness to obtain and train new skills and thereby improve the competence needed to achieve the extraordinary results. In INNEOX I have been instrumental in developing a digital innovation platform and played a key role in developing innovation and leadership skills in Norwegian and international companies. I have board experience from different organisations like- Fabelaktiv- Innovation Forum Norway- Inneox- Nobile I was part of establishing Future Leaders, training of young adults in key principles to find their strengths and develop their competence and leadership abilities for future leadership roles.
