Lagos

· Ensure that all online sales on Smile Enterprise Portal(SEP) are reconciled to the online payment channels.· Ensure that all successful online sales on SEP are included in the settlement report.· Ensure that all successful online sales are settled into designated bank accounts.· Ensure that Enterprise Reporting Portal (ERP) accounts reflects all transactions associated with Account Receivable for online sales (Clearing Bureau).· Ensure correctness of all accounting journals associated with AR accounts for online payment channel.· Follow up and resolutions of all exceptions outstanding after daily reconciliation exercise.· Monitor and ensure that third parties (Trade debtors associated with online payment channel/AR Clearing) conform to contractual settlement timing.· Timely response to charge back / claims from Banks and payment platform.· Ensure correctness of all accounting journals associated with Claims and Charge backs.· Timely response to customer service enquiry.· Ensure accuracy and coordinate financial information feedback to customers.· Identification of control loop-holes in the internal processes.· Follow up and resolution of issues bordering under settlement of successful transactions associated with all online payment channels.· Validation of all reversals with valid support information· Follow-up on Integration and automation of all online payment channels to ERP process/timeline.· Assist in test reconciliation on Integration and automation of channels to SEP.· Assist in test reconciliation on Integration and automation of channels to ERP.· Review and Evaluation of efficiency of close pilot (pre-launch) test cases for online payment platform.· To take up Finance and Logistics officer’s role at regional level when the need arises.
