I have a PCMH CCE certification from NCQA and extensive experience in leading practices to achieve and maintain Patient-Centered Medical Home recognition.With 17 years of experience in the healthcare industry, I have developed and implemented various quality improvement projects, such as optimizing operational processes, enhancing employee training, increasing patient satisfaction and retention, telehealth and remote patient monitoring, and improving performance metrics and outcomes. I have strong analytical skills and proficiency in using electronic health records (NextGen), population health analytic systems, HEDIS, and other quality measurement tools. I am passionate about delivering high-quality, accessible, and affordable care to underserved populations and advancing the mission and vision of the organization.
