En la Dirección General, apoyada por asesores externos de mercadotecnia y de diseño en el sector piel dela ciudad de León, Gto., desarrollamos y comercializamos artículos y accesorios unisex de piel con la intención de posicionar la marca dentro de un mercado competitivo que tiene necesidades específicas.

Supervisar y auditar la obra pública efectuada en municipios, localidades y comunidades dentro del estado de Guanajuato, desde el proceso de licitación, ejecución y entrega-recepción de la obra.

Direccionar la planeación, programación y ejecución de levantamientos topográficos, presupuestos para la elaboración de proyectos y obras, así como la supervisión en campo para la introducción de servicios básicos (agua potable, drenaje y electrificación), programas de vivienda (construcción, ampliaciones y mejoras) y actualización de inventarios de bienes inmuebles.

· Coordinate the laboratory staff for Earthworks, Concrete and Asphalt departments on which ten people were under my supervision. · One of my mains responsibilities is to make the proper tests in order to improve the quality for the materials in both public and private construction works.· Technical visits to customers to ensure quality in construction processes and materials. · Designing rigid, flexible and mixed pavements by the methods: AASHTO (American Association of State Highway and Transportation Officials), UNAM (National Autonomous University of Mexico), and other rigid and flexible pavement designs performed by the Australian method IMCYC (Mexican Cement and Concrete, AC), among others.· We have develop approximately 15 projects in soil mechanics studies, mainly focused on pavement designs and other soil mechanics studies that involved the elaboration of proposals for soil stability in a building project of a residential subdivision.

· Verify public works coordinated by the Topographic Department.· Manage topographic measurements of public works carried out in towns, villages and communities in the state of Guanajuato, such as roads, hospitals, landfills, etc. · Generate the corresponding quantifications of the concept measured and indicated by the Department of Evaluation and Control Works.

· Verify quality for construction works in progress and finished.· Topographical measurements of construction works in order to reach proper quantification of volumes.· Formal assistance to handover of construction works acts.· Representative of the Comptroller in the committee “Technical Regulations of the Directorate of Public Works” to improve construction processes of the Province.

· Estimation of tests to make necessary quality improvements of the materials used to comply with the project’s quality specifications, there were two people under my supervision. · Rigid, flexible and mixed pavement designs by methods: AASHTO (American Association of State Highway and Transportation Officials), UNAM (National Autonomous University of Mexico), and other rigid and flexible pavement designs performed by the Australian method IMCYC (Mexican Cement and Concrete, AC), among others.· Developed approximately 30 projects in soil mechanics studies, mainly focused on pavement designs.

· In charge of strengthening and doing generator numbers for an existing Hewlet Packard warehouse structure, by reviewing topographical plans and verifying the executed.

· Generate numbers and review topographical plans for the construction of the Inland Harbor first phase at Leon, Mexico.· Verify the quality of the street‘s pavement work, earth works, sanitary sewer, introduction of a drinking water line and hydraulic concrete placement.
