Advised senior commanders/acquisition officials/attorneys on a full spectrum of contract issues, alternative dispute resolution, lessons learned, and acquisition policy. Sole legal advisor for full range of procurement issues for a $15 billion portfolio. Advised senior leaders and Department of State representatives on land-use acquisition and bilateral security. Provided legal advice on over 500 acquisitions valued at $750 million.

Sole legal advisor to base commanders on $11 million procurement actions. Oversaw confidential financial disclosure program as ethics attorney. Led a staff of 7 judge advocates and 7 paralegals as Chief of Military Justice securing 100% conviction and punitive discharge rate.
