Loves being part of a design team, learning more and bringing ideas to help expand the company, using her creativity and problem-solving skills.With 22 years in Manufacturing Engineering, her career began with focusing on new OEM products in the motorcycle industry as a Sr Project Engineer, from there engineering project management was a role she stepped into easily, being detail-oriented and organized. With project management and tool design engineering under her belt it was a seamless transition to role she holds today as Direct of Quality. Working together with a team of quality engineers and inspectors she has significantly reduced the cost of poor quality resulting in major cost savings to the company. Using training and applying skills and tools to help detect quality issues earlier in the process."I am passionate about teaching new skills to others, empowering them to better themselves and their workplace and learning new tricks for my self."
