My main responsibilities are to deal with prospective residents during their apartment search. I tour, inform and follow-up with all people that express an interest in the PeachTree of Mclean community. I am responsible for file and paperwork maintenance. I also plan and host resident events in conjunction with co-workers. I am also responsible for outreach within the community and bring new prospects and residents to our community and work to provide a multitude of benefits for the residents currently in the building. I maintain the budget for resident promotion and some of the advertising b budget as well.

Lyon Place At Clarendon Center

My main responsibilities are to deal with prospective residents during their apartment search. I tour, inform and follow-up with all people that express an interest in the Lyon Place Community. I am responsible for file and paperwork maintenance. I also plan and host resident events and outreach within Clarendon to support both Lyon Place and work to provide a multitude of benefits for the residents currently in the building. I maintain the budget for resident promotion and some of the advertising b budget as well.I also help with all paperwork for renewing of leases for current residents.
